Our client, an entertainment company, is looking for an Awards Marketing Coordinator to join the team.

  • Serve as the primary support awards campaigns and should be highly organized, hard-working and solution-oriented.
  • Assist with logistics and tactical aspects of managing awards campaigns including gathering requirements for award submissions, booking travel logistics for talent and producers, working events, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing and publicity logistics of awards campaigns.
  • Track budgets and spend for awards campaigns.
  • Review contracts and deals on behalf of management.
  • Work with internal teams to see through the logistical execution of campaigns.
  • Work at FYC events (receptions, Q+As, awards shows, screenings, etc).
  • Coordinating travel, ticketing, seating and logistics for awards shows and events, and creating and maintaining itineraries.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape.
  • Participate in the creative development of our marketing campaigns.
  • Support Awards team members as needed.


  • 2-3 years of experience working in entertainment marketing/PR
  • able to optimally strategize, execute and communicate campaign work
  • Strong communicator, can flourish in a fast-paced culture, detail-oriented and is eager to work among like-minded colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a proactive self-starter.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be adept at problem-solving.
  • Passion for entertainment, with a strong understanding of the television and film industry.
  • Enthusiastic personality


  • Experience in the awards submission
  • Experience working with talent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the full scope of Awards campaigns and experience with aspects of FYC campaigns is preferred.
