Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end onboarding and management of our vendor and agency relationships alongside a Marketer
  • Coordination of cross functional teams, assist in operationalizing the Marketing team’s vision of scaling our existing work streams through partnering with outside partners
  • Overall financial administrative support across the entire Marketing Department
  • Assist in the Agency RFP process through creating, maintaining, and organization of RFP process materials
  • Own and maintain Agency RFP schedule with Agency, internal Marketing team, and cross functional partners
  • Assist in creation and execution of Agency MSA/ SOWs with internal Marketing and Legal teams
  • Lead onboarding Agencies into our financial systems, as well as subsequent tools and programs for seamless integration with our internal Marketing teams
  • Create and maintain Agency PO’s, Change Orders, and manage budget at a high level alongside internal Marketing Operations and Finance team
  • Assist in building onboarding materials for Agency/Discovery Sessions for efficient Agency or vendor ramp up
  • Coordination of ongoing maintenance key touch points with cross functional teams and Agencies
  • Awareness of overall Agency timelines to manage or support coordination of key reviews with Agency and Executive team
  • Support continued optimizations of operations for the Agency workstream
  • Overall support and coordination of financial administration across the entire Marketing Department - including but not limited to raising PO’s, change orders, budget maintenance and organization

Musts:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years experience working in Marketing Operations, Agency Account Management or related field
  • Sharp, action-oriented team player
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality decks and present with confidence to Agencies and cross functional teams
  • Passion for cultivating relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to work well across many stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Intellectual curiosity, drive and proactivity
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus
  • A superb track record for project management and execution
