Onward Search needs a Mid Level Asset Manager for our exciting Ad Agency client to support a telecommunications/tech client.

You’ll join the Asset Management team to assist with project management, ensure asset specifications are correct, files are properly named/formatted, and ensure all files are ready for deployment, in the appropriate place, all interested parties are on the same page etc..

This is a temp to perm opportunity with a 1 month temp period with the possibility to go perm after that if candidate and client are both interested.

As a Mid Level Asset Manager you’ll:

  • Manage the creative QA and Traffice process by perform heavy QA and traffic management duties ensuring all assets are ready to go live and final deliveries are flawless
  • Ensure all asset specifications are correct, files are properly named and formatted, and in the correct location for launch
  • Perform project management duties working across media, strategy, creative, brand, studio & production departments to ensure project organization & assist the Senior PM with maintaining account-wide health

 

Skills & Experience needed:

  • 2+ years of ad agency or internal agency experience in project management, asset management, traffic management or similar
  • Experience managing complex projects with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships while being detail oriented
  • Familiarity with the lower, mid, & upper funnel creative process
  • Experience and knowledge surrounding media formats across a range of platforms, deliverables & channels i.e. social, digital, OOH, email, web etc.
