Onward Search is looking for a Social Marketing Manager to help the team of our streaming service client. You will be key in the execution of innovative campaigns that promote original shows, the evolving product, and overall brand. The ideal candidate is both collaborative and autonomous, and has a love of entertainment.


  • Closely collaborate with a Social Marketing Lead to execute campaigns, oversee individual tactics and support the launch of their shows
  • Key stakeholder in outlining the digital marketing strategies and communicating those plans to their partners
  • Manage, monitor and execute daily campaign initiatives in support of paid and brand social
  • Work with marketing operations to oversee asset management flow and on-time delivery of all materials for media, talent, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to keep projects on strategy, on schedule and on budget
  • Track project status and workflow, identifying opportunities to be more efficient and effective
  • Support talent and publicity efforts – content shoots, press days, premieres, junkets, talent tours, etc.
  • Coordinate several concurrent projects with internal stakeholders and outside partners
  • Keep up-to-date with digital trends and emerging technologies, and find applications to incorporate these learning into their campaigns


  • 4-6 years of relevant experience (theatrical, streaming, digital/creative agency, etc.)
  • Experience working at a studio, streaming company, or TV
  • Strong copywriting and copyediting skills
  • Deep understanding of social platforms
  • Passionate about entertainment, culture and technology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
