Our top-tier media agency client is seeking a Supervisor, Paid Search to join their team. You will be overseeing all aspects of paid search for a well-known automotive brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage processes to ensure standardized, consistent execution across paid search
  • Oversee daily campaign performance and analysis, working with Junior Analysts and channel-specific Specialists
  • Collaborate with search engine and tech partners to keep current with the latest trends and stay ahead of the competition
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under or over spending, and identify traffic abnormalities & additional opportunities
  • Attend client meetings and work sessions with the larger agency team and various stakeholders
  • Optimization oversight and direction - work with Analytics to understand and optimize measurement framework, KPIs, and performance
  • Work with team to ensure a full understanding of all client briefs and develop strategic plans against them
  • Develop presentations to outline recommendations and performance trends

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, or advertising preferred) and 4-6 years of mid-large agency experience in dedicated paid search marketing across multiple engines (i.e. Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience with ad serving & bid management platforms (i.e. DCM / SA360 / GA)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Experience managing a team (at least 1-2 people)
  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work as directed and balance multiple tasks
