Sr. Project Manager

Onward Search needs a Sr. Project Manager for one of our entertainment customers.

The Senior Project Manager role involves overseeing the implementation of a Global Logistics Program, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, developing project plans, managing teams, addressing project issues, and ensuring effective communication. This role emphasizes proactive management of issues, risks, and change, while also focusing on understanding and involving all relevant teams and constituents within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Preferred background in Global Supply Chain system implementation and change management
• Proficiency in collaborating with globally distributed teams
• Proven track record in bridging the gap between business and technology teams to develop and launch new products and programs, with specific examples
• Knowledge of Rights Logic or experience in legal/rights management platforms preferred
• Expertise in Agile methodology, including Scrum Master and RTE roles
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Jira Align
• Strong ability to bring order to complex situations
• Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Effective communication with both business and technical professionals
• Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to respond quickly to changes
• Proficiency in planning and facilitating efficient meetings, driving stakeholder alignment, and achieving objectives
• Experience managing complex programs with multi-year budgets ranging from $3-10 million
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Scrum, SAFe
• Minimum of 10 years of project management or Scrum Master/RTE experience
