Our client, a streaming service, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a fast-paced recruiting department with interview scheduling needs for assigned offices and departments
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience during the interview scheduling process and while running onsite and virtual interviews
  • Facilitate booking candidate travel and handle the related expense management process
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure all team members are updated and notified regarding candidate activity
  • Collaborate with the recruiting coordination team to improve existing processes or build new ones
  • Provide and be open to timely and constructive feedback to Recruiting partners and larger coordination team
  • Support recruiting team with various data needs and projects, including administration of the day-to-day for one or more of the following programs: candidate travel, employee relocation, referrals program, interview tracking, etc.
  • Participate in overarching team goals and initiatives, offering innovative, constructive ideas to further team success and growth
  • Perform all related functions as needed such as creating offer letters, posting jobs, etc.

Musts:

  • 1-2 years experience recruiting for technical positions, ideally in-house
  • Experience partnering with Sr Recruiters and Talent Acquisition to support with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Organized and works with a sense of urgency able to pivot and shirt priorities quickly
  • Ideal candidate is thoughtful, empathetic, and cares about a positive candidate experience
  • Media/entertainment experience is nice to have
