Our client, a prestige beauty company, is looking for an Executive Producer to join their team! We're looking for candidates with the following skills to fill the role. 

Executive Producer Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all elements of content pre-production, production, and post-production process, including content development / shot listing / storyboarding, scheduling, on-set filming and editing.
  • Build, maintain and update overarching brand content production calendar
  • Oversee Media Production Department budget and resource allocation on shoots and projects
  • Partner with Director of Media Production to assign priorities and responsibilities to the in-house team
  • Partner with Creative Director to brainstorm and execute brand-building content campaigns outside of new product launches
  • Work with corporate partners to negotiate model usage contracts supporting global marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain roster of freelance talent across pre-production, production, and post-production skillsets
  • Ensure all projects meet deadlines and high creative standards
  • Responsible for hiring, arranging, and organizing crew members and supervising production personnel
  • Responsible for crew payroll and partnering with Human Resources on biweekly payroll submissions
  • Additional operational duties such as budgeting, generating financial reports and status updates
  • Perform general administration duties as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Executive Producer Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience with production and filming work, preferably with experience creating serialized content for all social platforms
  • Technical knowledge: understand all aspects involved in media production and able to use the production equipment and tools
  • Strong network of pre-production, production, and post-production specialists
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and innovation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and follow through skills
  • Flexible, positive, collaborative, action-oriented attitude, and professional approach
  • Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects concurrently
  • Beauty experience a plus!
