Our client, a creative agency specializing in wellness, is looking for a Print Producer to join their team for an ongoing freelance assignment!

Print Producer Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Managing Director and Director of Project Management in managing print aspects of multiple campaigns and ad hoc requests, across all clients
  • Updating existing print assets to reflect updated pricing, promotions, product features, etc.
  • Performing preflight checks before sending final files to printing vendors
  • Working within a project management tool to receive production/print requests and route back completed work
  • Partnering with Creative Team to bring print concepts to fruition
  • Executing templated artwork updates
  • Driving production process and timelines with an effective sense of urgency
  • Ensuring processes are followed and internal approvals are achieved throughout the production process
  • Maintaining information and records on current and prior projects, materials, vendors, costs, etc.
  • Acting as point person for current production vendors and source new production vendors as needed for client projects
  • Managing print vendor invoices/payments and submit for client billing

Print Producer Requirements:

  • Robust production experience (3+ years') with a diverse range of print production projects, from simple collateral to custom fabrication to product packaging
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to pick up new programs/platforms quickly
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, ability to keep track of many moving parts at once, all while keeping things organized and sharing information with agency and client teams as needed
  • Proactive, anticipating agency and client needs to keep things running smoothly
