Onward Select is on the hunt for a Technical Project Manager with CRM experience to join our global security client for a 6-month contract assignment. You will support the CRM lead in building out infrastructure with well-supported and informed integrations with cross-functional teams such as data management, app, and sites/eCommerce.


  • Define clear technical requirements and set bar high for flawless implementations that enable iterative growth for CRM and digital communication programs
  • Collaborate with senior technical leadership use date to prioritize marketing and communications features that enable scale and growth
  • Own scheduling and drive prioritization for features driven by technology shared with other groups
  • Align cross-functional resources and keep stakeholders informed of the ongoing status
  • Identify blockers and navigate appropriate escalation paths in line with CRM roadmap and priorities
  • Maintain infrastructure for system support and advise appropriate timelines for scale increases
  • Routing project components for review, feedback, and approval between the creative & development departments as well as key stakeholders


  • 5+ years of project management experience in a digital, agency environment preferred
  • Must have experience working with API triggered workflows
  • Prefer candidates who have worked for subscription marketing companies on CRM/ email campaigns.
  • Must be able to read SQL, ability to write SQL is a plus
  • Proficient in Workfront, Braze or similar, Sendgrid, Redshift, Twilio, Amazon Pinpoint, mobile app development technologies, Mixpanel,
  • Understanding of onsite, HTML, website creation and digital creative and production landscape

Bonus Qualities:

  • Experience with basic email performance metrics reporting
  • Localization experience
  • Start-up or agency experience
