Business Analyst

Onward Search needs a Business Analyst for one of our entertainment customers on a contract basis working a hybrid schedule in Burbank, CA.

Summary: 
Seeking a collaborative individual to join the Process Engineering team in an ongoing Operational Excellence initiative, focusing on areas such as IT Change Management, Incident Management, and Monitoring and Alerting. The role involves evaluating, optimizing, and implementing business processes, staying current with process and IT advancements, conducting meetings and presentations, managing projects, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and users to ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in advanced technical skills.
• Preferred proficiency in ServiceNow and JIRA.
