Onward Search is on the hunt for a UX Designer for our entertainment client for a long-term contract position. You will work as a part of our client's UX Design studio, and be responsible for the support of current as well as the next-generation design of our client's multi-platform entertainment experiences.


  • Work with UX Leads, Product managers, and engineers to create high-quality user-centered solutions.
  • You will help with brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping and other problem-solving with user experience and graphic designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on multiple projects.
  • You will be delivering and/ or contributing to the creation of briefs, user scenarios, and storyboards, flow charts, annotated wireframes, and any other documentation that defines the user experience.
  • You will work closely with research teams to support usability and focus group test plans as well as prototype support.


  • 4+ Years experience in user-centered design, user requirements, analysis and usability testing/ user research.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design processes.
  • Exceptional web, consumer electronics and/ or similar entertainment product design that is well-thought out and of high quality.
  • Examples of cross-platform design that demonstrates the ability to account for considerations across multiple devices.
  • Ability to write clear, concise and thorough specification documents.
  • Must have a passion for entertainment.
  • Must be inquisitive, able to define your process, and how you create solutions.
  • Must be a problem solver able to meet the needs of each market.
  • Must be agile and able to work in fast pace environments.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
