Onward Search is currently seeking a Senior Manager to oversee our clients growing Account Management team. If you have proven work experience managing the development and implementation of document focused enterprise level strategies, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Participate as the lead member of the management team that develops strategies for the organization as a whole
  • Manage available resources at the single or multi-departmental level
  • Mentor and/or direct managers and junior and mid-level employees
  • Establishes long-term work plans for function

Requirements:

  • Must have 8+ years of related work experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Must have a wide latitude in decision making and budgetary responsibilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong analytical/strategic skills and above average interpersonal skills
