Job Description

Onward Search is currently looking for a talented eCommerce Consumer Marketing Manager to join our clients growing team. If you have proven work experience developing strategies and managing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate traffic, revenue and profitability, then we want to hear from you today!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop online go-to market vision and strategy to profitably drive growth through traditional and alternative channels
  • Drive key brand marketing strategies for these channels that align with both our corporate and on-line goals and adhere to the marketing budget
  • Develop and execute consumer acquisition and retention campaigns
  • Provide analysis for marketing initiatives and make actionable recommendations to drive success
  • Manage creation of online marketing content

Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience in consumer goods
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and handing multiple projects simultaneously under tight time restraints and within budget parameters
  • Analytical skills to determine viability of marketing/consumer initiatives
