Our client, a leading boutique marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a Management Supervisor to support their marquee client. This role is currently off-site but candidates must be local to the NYC area for when business does resume on-site.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reporting to the President of the agency, you will lead the client's business as if it were your own with no hand-holding
  • Work with your Strategy and Creative leads to drive the strategy and development for integrated creative projects, ensuring best in class delivery
  • Work with your client contacts to understand their goals and strategies, adding your unique insights to ensure we are delivering thought leadership and value
  • Drive presentations that represent agency POV but also engage clients and partners
  • Make sure that all work is buttoned up and ready to be seen by clients
  • Foster cross collaboration among an integrated team to deliver great ideas that achieve client goals
  • Use your experience to analyze situations and develop recommendations on paths forward to measurable results
  • Become a trusted advisor of the client and ensure that internally, you are the conduit that is ensuring agency work delivers on objectives
  • Bring your insights in creative strategy to assist the development of leading marketing programs
  • Partner with brand strategy, creative, production, finance and other internal teams to drive success
  • Manage budgets and ensure team is sticking to timelines. Remove barriers as needed
  • Oversee at least one Account Executive with potential for other direct reports
  • Other tasks may apply

About you:

  • 6+ years of agency Account Management experience
  • Bonus: Client side experience and/or MBA
  • Experience with integrated creative development and production experience
  • Proven experience building and leading client relationships and a strong internal agency team
  • Experience managing at least one direct report
  • Top-notch analytical skills and strategic thinking across IQ and EQ to ensure a well-rounded strategic perspective
  • Great time management responsibility, with the ability to switch between projects as needed without losing track
  • Great project management and team management skills, possessing the ability to coach teams to deliver
  • Well-versed in budget management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
