Manager, eCommerce Analytics & Optimization

Our client, an eCommerce company, is seeking a Manager, eCommerce Analytics & Optimization to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Primary function is to analyze eCommerce website changes, marketing initiatives, merchandising campaigns, website updates, and promotional offers
• Optimize eCommerce and marketing strategies in order to drive traffic, sales, conversion and profitability
• Provide recommendations to help improve reporting, tools & business processes as pertains to data analysis, drawing conclusions, providing actionable insights and presenting findings
• Define key metrics, create & manage KPIs, and build dashboards & data visualization reports to evaluate performance
• Improve business by identifying reporting gaps and developing automated reporting tools to drive actionable results
• Work with A/B Testing teams
• Run Ad-Hoc analysis

Musts:

• 4-5 years experience in a highly analytical role, such as data analyst or data engineer
• BA/BS degree preferably in finance, economics, or statistics
• Experience with eCommerce operations
• Highly proficient in data visualization, spreadsheet, and presentation tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, GoogleSheets, Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experienced in forecasting and data modeling using KPIs
