Our client, a major social media company, is looking for a Market Researcher to join their team! In this contract role, the Market Researcher will work to support the team by performing research tasks on behalf of the brand and product. This is a role that will combine the ability to execute research, present findings, and communicate insights that will motivate action and innovation.   • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively and inspirationally to motivate action not only in marketing, but across the organization.

  • 6+ years of experience with background in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide writing and basic data analysis
  • Expert at problem solving, combined with ability to build research problem and methodology from scratch
  • Experience directing outside agencies/vendors to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with SPSS or R and Survey programming tool preferred - Please talk through examples/experience



  • International Research Experience
  • Experience in a consumer technology company, with a strong understanding of social platforms and mobile ecosystems
  • Experience with positioning, messaging development and optimization research
  • Experience with tracker surveys
  • Experience with control/test survey framework



  • BA/BS degree in behavior, marketing, statistics, or related fields


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
