Our client, an automotive marketing company, is looking for a Marketing Administrator to join their team for Summer help.

You will report to the Creative Services Manager and Operations Manager and be responsible for the following:

  • Create/update existing PowerPoint presentations
  • Help with Desktop Publishing within InDesign, Word occasionally
  • Manage in-going/out-going mail
  • Maintain office supply levels
  • Print documents/reports for team as needed
  • Support team with work in Word, Excel and Outlook (calendar)
  • Prepare office for executive meetings as necessary (reporting, presentations, catering, etc.)

We are seeking marketing administrators who meet the following requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in InDesign
  • Available to work on-site for 3 months in Huntington Beach
