Our healthcare client is seeking a MARKETING ANALYST/COORDINATOR to help them analytics and reporting. The right candidate will have professional project management skills and will be responsible for translating data from one of their programs into information they can use for their customers. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work well with a high stress team. This individual will manage the implementation and processing of reports and extracts.

Job Details:

  • Plan, create & track program deliverables
  • Able to manage multiple requests and projects at once
  • Understand use of risk management processes
  • Oversee the development of deliverables for proper evaluation
  • Deliver extracts and reports within scope, schedule & assure quality
  • Develops and maintains data remediation processes & complex reporting schedules
  • Develops and maintains report and extract templates
  • Provide process improvements as needed
  • Proactively records workflows, deliverables, and standing operating procedures for projects
  • Develops and maintains quality management procedures to ensure accuracy of project data, results, and written reports
  • Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Stays abreast of enterprise-wide projects impacting high-profile customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years’ experience required
  • Must have experience reporting, scheduling and tracking
  • Quality control reporting
  • Experience matching data lists to create member communication
  • Manage customer expectations

PREFERRED:

  • MS Access
  • MS Excel
  • PM experience
  • Analyst Reporting experience
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with demanding customers
  • Able to work with different personalities and problem solve with demanding customers
