Onward Search has a new opportunity with a well-known client. This opportunity is for a Marketing Analyst who can start immediately onsite at our client’s office in San Francisco, CA. If you have previous related experience and a strong work ethic, keep reading and apply today!


  • Conduct ongoing reporting and analysis of A&MP performance to ensure programs meet their ROAS commitments.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing channels in the management of the programs.
  • Make recommendations on the incremental value of partnerships.
  • Suggest frameworks for determining how to measure incremental revenue.
  • Ensure that proper campaign tracking is in place and guide teams towards an efficient taxonomy.
  • Guide channel managers towards appropriate KPIs and set goals.
  • Develop presentation material on performance and competitive benchmarks to be shared at various levels within the organization.
  • Create tracking and reporting dashboards to monitor KPI and other metrics.
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytic frameworks.


  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics.
  • Prior experience in an eCommerce company is strongly preferred.
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field is a major plus.
  • Industry-testing SQL, Google Big Query experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
