Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking a Marketing & PR Manager to join their team.

You will report to the CEO and be responsible for:

  • Lead all marketing efforts across on snack food brand
  • Work on the media, marketing and content strategy for the entire line of products across the brand
  • Manage PR firm of record on a daily basis for press related initiatives
  • Set day-to-day process, strategy, and manage team of four junior coordinators directly reporting to you.
  • Overlooking media spend of $2M annually
  • Working on all sponsorship and partnership deals
  • Managing event strategy for any event, experiential, or gorilla marketing initiatives


  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing for a CPG brand
  • Highly creative individual able to manage multiple projects and people in an incredible fast paced start-up environment
  • Experienced in executing on a wide range of marketing initiatives including events, PR, content, media buying, etc.
  • Seeing candidate with a history of having worked with another successful CPG brand with a strong track record
  • Seeking a company to be able to grow with, extend themselves and really take their work to the next level


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
