Onward Search's client is looking for a dynamic and energized Marketing Assistant to join their bustling office in the far northern suburbs. In this role, you will assist the Regional Marketing department with the execution, testing, and control activities for new and existing marketing products.


  • Tracking and collecting updates and requirements information.
  • Compiling results and preparing process documentation/workflows.
  • Completing verification activities for new and existing creatives, proofreading, testing, filters, workflow and quality control of TaG site facets.
  • Preparing support documentation, spreadsheets, statistics and regional test plans.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to adapt & learn new tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment while handling multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with a deadline driven environment, requiring minimum supervision as well as the ability to pivot when direction changes
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
