ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support the category in writing marketing plans and strategy presentations; including, compiling necessary data and insights and building-out of deck or brief in PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Assist in photoshoot planning and execution; work with creative team to understand product needs, create any additional looks with merchandising ensuring global buys are considered, gather and organize product for shoot shot list, oversee photoshoot fittings and pre-production calls
  • Support the team in creation and execution of a comprehensive seeding plan for the year; identify athletes and influencers, key products and looks as well as seeding box design. Develop creative briefs to kick-off the seeding box creation process
  • Champion the SMS and seeding order process for the category, understand the process inside and out, help in sharing product menus to cross-functional partners and execute as well as track category orders
  • Act as key liaison to Ecomm project manager to ensure Ecomm development projects are delivering on integrated marketing plan/briefs
  • Work with the cross-functionals teams to track campaign metrics ultimately creating campaign recap decks to understand performance and inform best practices go forward
  • Coordinate, schedule, create agendas and own recaps for cross-functional meetings
  • Own execution and share out of research projects pertaining to training trends and focused performer allowing the team to be consumer-centric in everything we do

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Organizationally sound
  • Experience in consumer-focused marketing; understanding of brand storytelling
  • Passionate and highly motivated personality with a ‘get things done’ mentality
  • Excellent Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • High affinity to sports and/or fitness
  • Independent pro-active marketer
