Our client, a financial technology company, is looking for a jr-to-mid level Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team in a long-term contract role.

Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and insights from Eloqua for system and campaign performance health reporting on a quarterly basis
  • Analyze and report on website performance
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize lead qualification and reporting and targeted audience segmentation within Eloqua
  • Conduct list uploads into the Eloqua platform to ensure data quality and system process integrity
  • Work with the Demand Generation team to improve campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization
  • Update emails, landing pages and forms through proper coding and implementation of best practices
  • Opportunities for special projects: evaluation of Marketing Technology tools; internal communication deployments (dashboard design); email/landing page redesign.

Marketing Automation Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics role, business strategy, marketing, or equivalent (preferably at an enterprise organization)
  • 1+ year of Salesforce or similar CRM dashboard generation and interpretation (dashboard design) experience
  • 1+ year of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics experience
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with email marketing in Eloqua or similar platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, Salesforce a plus!
  • Experience with Photoshop, HTML5 and CSS a plus!

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders and different teams to deliver solutions efficiently
  • Experience in a B2B ecosystem a plus
