Marketing Manager We need a marketing manager with experience in the development and execution of marketing plans, ranging from franchise marketing to product launches. May also include digital marketing responsibilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams, and global market leads to execute key brand initiatives. You will stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. This person will be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the development and execution of product marketing plans including the development of media assets, publicity outreach, and social media content.
  • Assist in franchise marketing, including YouTube series launch, Toy Fair prep, and coordination, digital gaming liaison, social content review, etc.
  • Assist in updating global toolkit and creating a global newsletter to inform markets of upcoming activity.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional and regional teams to execute key brand initiatives.


Experience:

  • Strong Knowledge of the steps necessary to bring products to market.
  • Understanding of implementing a fully integrated marketing program.
  • Basic understanding of entertainment landscape.
  • Strong project management abilities, ability to work in a face-paced, ever-changing environment,
  • Strong work-ethic and high-level of productivity.
  • A self-starter who is resourceful and inquisitive.
  • Well developed, verbal, and written skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking.
