Onward Search’s travel service client is seeking a Marketing Campaign Developer to join their team! The campaign developer who will design and implement email workflows in Adobe Campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and execution of marketing campaigns in Adobe Campaign or similar marketing campaign tools
  • Execute behavioral and transactional workflows featuring audience selection using a relational database
  • Create dynamic and personalized email content forms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop tools for internal business use including logic subroutines, Web apps, and reporting workflows
  • Apply standard campaign methodology and best practices
  • Apply and contribute to established SDLC practices
  • Adhere to and enrich processes that ensure quality and compliance across all systems
  • Work closely with fellow team members and key business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns
  • Actively engage in sprint Planning to Sprint retroactivities to constantly evolve and improve processes & execution

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working within an email campaign platform maintaining, building, or enhancing overall email workflows or audience selection
  • 3-5 years of experience working with relational databases using SQL (preferably SQL Server)
  • 3-5 years HTML/JavaScript programming
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Adobe Campaign Certifications a plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with technical peers and business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functions systems based on available data systems
  • Detailed and process-oriented as well as an excellent grasp of complex and often-changing requirements
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
