Onward Search is seeking a Marketing Campaign / Project Manager to help the marketing operations team of our streaming services client. This team supports various marketing functions to create efficiencies within marketing and to enable a world-class marketing program. This person should have great understanding of the creative process, as well as the technical process and how the two intersect.


  • Collaborate with PR, Social, Creative, Production, and Growth to ensure all teams are working together to create efficiencies and in-sync within Marketing
  • Use the brand & cultural climate and slate of shows to forecast the work and resources needed
  • Manage strategy implementation across departments and measure & track both internal and external needs
  • Oversee alignment across marketing departments to ensure strategic alignment across all channels
  • Lead recurring task-force meetings for upcoming events and brand beats
  • Define project requirements and daily project management
  • Campaign tracking using AirTable

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years’ experience working as a campaign or project manager in-house or within an agency environment
  • 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company; Media and Entertainment experience preferred
  • Proven experience across digital marketing (i.e. content creation, prime events, digital advertising campaigns, mobile, and digital platforms)
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Energetic with a positive can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail
