The creative team at our national healthcare client in Portland, OR is seeking a Copywriter to work on marketing communication projects ranging from the short form, long form, print, digital, reportage, and technical. Someone with a marketing communications background will be most compelling. Journalism and advertising copy are good so long as you have samples/experience with other forms of writing to showcase your versatility.

Skills and Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing Communications, journalism, business or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of writing for marketing and corporate communications.
  • Samples/experience with writing for online and social media.
  • Samples/experience with writing for a wide variety of format, tone, style.
  • Able to synthesize information and write on-brand, compelling copy for a variety of forms: reports, presentations, promotional materials, technical documents, website/mobile, and digital social sites.
  • Fluent in CS 5, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Collaborative by nature and one who inspires others to work well with other teams, partners, internal clients, and vendors.
  • Great "big picture" seer/thinker who is also empathetic to co-workers and those that you are extracting stories/information from.
  • Organized and able to manage own projects.
  • Timely with projects and being available.
