Our client in the publishing industry is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team for a long term freelance assignment. The ideal candidate for this role has creative flare but is an analytic thinker.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, advertisements, videos, websites, and all marketing assets related to assigned titles
  • Create and develop all content for social posts
  • Previous experience posting across many social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Attend and set up Trade show events
  • Work closely with other departments to gather/ create collateral for trade show events
  • Attend 3-8 trade shows a year
  • Work closely with the executive marketing director when developing marketing plans and promotional materials
  • Strategize and follow-up on online presence for key titles, including websites and social media campaigns
  • Ability to show success/ proven ROI’s with social posts and well as experience with targeted Ad’s.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of various computer systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience working in Sprinkler
  • Proactive and accountable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver by nature
