Our client, an internet platform, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B brand, ad or creative agency, or related field. This is a 100% remote contract, 40 hrs/wk, through March 2021.

They are look for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Global Business Brand team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working collaboratively with research, sales, and product marketing to craft and drive global narratives around the Company's value for brand advertisers and agencies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and maintaining internal sales enablement and communications platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report out on key metrics, to drive sales content utilization
  • Create global success stories to showcase the value
  • Support the team with ongoing program logistics, briefs, timelines and activities
  • Driving ad-hoc cross-functional marketing projects


  • 3+ years of marketing experience at a B2B brand, ad or creative agency, or related field
  • Excellent communication + presentation skills
  • Action-driven - strong ability to prioritize timelines and resources
  • Analytically-driven thinker with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional + global teams
  • Industry knowledge of digital advertising, social media, and publishing
  • *Must have a link to Online Portfolio of work samples to be considered
