A Fortune 500 company in Metro West is looking to hire a marketing professional with at least 1-2 years of experience working within a marketing or creative team who can help support and manage marketing initiatives for their world-class marketing and advertising team.


  • Support the coordination and execution of a large variety marketing programs which could include advertising, direct mail campaigns, events, trade shows etc.
  • Work alongside senior marketers and internal stakeholders to improve marketing programs and also track, respond to and manage all marketing requests
  • Responsible for writing creative briefs for the in-house creative agency, evaluate creative concepts, and provide creative feedback to drive strong overall marketing communications


  • 1-2+ years in a marketing coordination or marketing associate position
  • Detailed oriented and have excellent problem solving
  • Strong prioritization, organization and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
