Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator with a growing healthcare data company! Specific responsibilities will include overall marketing support for various demand generation programs including email, direct mail and events. Some administrative tasks me be required as well.

This is an onsite contract role located in Los Altos that is not public transportation accessible. This opportunity is expected to kick off this month!


  • MS Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Work station provided
  • You will report to the Head of Marketing
  • Must have 2+ years of integrated marketing experience with some knowledge of lead and demand generation. Healthcare industry experience is a plus!

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
