Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Channels Strategy & Consumer Marketing team.
You will be responsible for:
Provide on-going support to the team responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive ratings, awareness, engagement and brand affinity for various brands.
Work closely with the Consumer Marketing Managers and Directors to ensure that all campaign deliverables are executed within all paid media campaigns.
Support for a variety of projects for multiple campaigns, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Provide support for channel tentpoles and priorities throughout the campaign development process from inception through to execution
Assist in the development of key campaign deliverables (i.e. priority grids/flowcharts, strategy briefs, campaign summary presentations, etc.)
Assist with the off-air deliverables process/timelines working between the media agency, project management and editing teams to prepare detailed spreadsheets, manage deadlines, proof, approve and deliver creative materials, such as :15 and :30 promos, print ads, digital banners, etc.
Assistance with onboarding and transition plans, facilitating communication between all partners involved and setting up meetings
Collect, organize and provide requested information and materials by specified deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams to facilitate transfer of accounts, data and other resources and information
QC and proofread promos/creative to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency
Facilitate execution of cross-departmental marketing deliverables (i.e. gathering content and promotional materials for campaigns, web use, NG Mag insertion delivery, OOH, events, etc.)
Schedule, coordinate, prepare and take notes for relevant Consumer Marketing team meetings
Assist in logistics and preparation of experiential events and on-site marketing activations in collaboration with external agencies
Serve as point of contact for stakeholders across all divisions (programming, scheduling, creative etc.)
Billing management for vendor on-boarding, sorting/coding invoices and budget tracking
Additional duties/responsibilities in support of the team as needed or as assigned
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years prior experience in a marketing or project management type role preferred; television, entertainment or agency experience a plus
Must be able to prioritize tasks appropriately and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must have strong organization skills, attention to detail and be deadline oriented
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with other people and/or departments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word; CMS experience a plus
Passionate and curious about all aspects of the marketing and television business
Articulate, flexible, collaborative, and approachable
