Our client, an insurance company focused on Health and Wellness, is looking for a Marketing Designer – Digital Ads, with 2+ years of experience.

This is a contract-to-hire role, 40 hrs/wk, onsite in Mountain View, CA.

This person will be joining a growing team of awesome designers, to help bring their product to life. As a designer with us, you will be crafting the entire customer journey – from ads that connect, to websites that inspire, to digital products that convert. This role reports to the Chief Creative Officer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing digital products and Facebook/Google ads.
  • Build out digital ad campaigns - optimizing with your team to help improve click through rate for their health literacy app
  • Design, test and then optimize – always be looking for ways to improve your design
  • Working with design team to develop, radio, tv, ooh, social posts, email templates, swag or business cards, etc
  • Design every touchpoint of a full customer funnel from the ad to website to digital conversion experience.

Experience:

  • Graphic design experience at another fast-growing startup – or agency experience
  • Experience designing digital products and Facebook/Google ads.
  • Experience with A / B testing to drive better and better results.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
