Our client, a leading fitness center, is expanding their marketing team and looking for a Franchise Marketing Manager to join their team full-time.


  • Assisting the Franchise Marketing Director on different projects / initiatives which drive the success of the business' franchises
  • Participate in the account management management and marketing for 10 - 20 franchisees (40-50 locations) involving strategy, management of projects and initiatives and results
  • Support franchisee stakeholders in development of marketing plans (annual, quarterly and monthly) across all marketing channels, including promotions, media/channel mix, investment levels, etc.
  • Partner with franchisees to evaluate plan performance, sharing best practices across the brand and accounts
  • Project Manage creative assets including creating creative briefs and routing projects to key stakeholders
  • Help franchise media lead in researching and coordinating media buys, as well as, maintaining media plans and budgets for franchisees
  • Periodically audit individual franchises' social media presence and website information to ensure all all content is up to date and on-brand


  • 2+ years of marketing experience, with focus on local marketing, digital and/or email marketing
  • Bachelor's degree - ideally with a focus in marketing, business administration, communications or English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in various digital media/marketing tools, email campaigns within Hubspot or other email providers is a plus
  • Periodically audit individual franchises' social media presence and website information to ensure all all content is up to date and on-brand
  • Provide business recommendations and development of new company programs / initiatives
  • Manage updates to franchise materials and creative assets which can also include training manuals, brand books and marketing toolkits
  • Additional tasks and projects as required

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
