Our client, a top entertainment company located in Burbank is looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a 7+ month long assignment. They will work with Sr. Managers in both acquisition and retention areas for customer journeys/lifecycle marketing, from activation to retention and win-back execution, leveraging customer segmentation and personalization. They will be responsible for drafting cross-sell or rewards package and fulfillment (e.g. large scale sweepstakes) programs. Plan, execute and manage the Rewards program by overseeing the designers/editors. Maintain rewards calendar and coordination.


Responsibilities, Skills and Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in performance/acquisition and retention/online marketing.
  • Conduct Acquisition & Retention email QA, tracking validation, and execution
  • Consolidating and documenting A/B testing plans for Acquisition & Retention including logistics.
  • Validate and improve customer lifecycle communication automation flows
  • Assist with Recommendation Engine Implementation project
  • Deep experience in digital marketing to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention across paid media, email, influencer marketing, etc.
  • Previous experience building, managing, and executing rewards programs across consumer life cycles
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical.
  • Effective in using data to fuel customer insights and evaluate marketing performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders.
  • Core understanding of subscription products and self-service sales is preferred.
  • BA or equivalent


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
