Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in consumer marketing and project management. Our client, a well-known Financial brand is seeking an individual to come on board for a 6 month extendable contract working out of their Chicago, IL office. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with an attention to detail in a highly cross functional delivery team. She/he will have a strong background in executing multi-channel communications within a similar organization. This candidate will have a talent for getting things done efficiently and quickly under tight deadlines.



  • Execute customer communications for retail card partnerships seamlessly
  • Manage all aspects of direct-to-consumer communication plan including creative development, legal routings, execution, budget management, and results gathering
  • Plan and execute against strategic recommendations
  • Work collaboratively to guide cross functional teams to ensure timelines and intent are delivered
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure visibility and approvals are gained
  • Support cardholder lifecycle campaign execution


Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years managing execution for marketing campaigns or customer communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct to consumer marketing
  • At least 1 year experience working with external clients or partners


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services experience
  • Retail industry experience a plus
