Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a Freelance Marketing Manager. This will be a remote role supporting the consumer marketing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading development and deployment of key unbranded and branded consumer tactics
  • Support efforts to improve the HCP/ Patient Dialogue and strengthen patient conviction through assessment of existing materials and development of new in-office and retail pharmacy resources
  • Analyze existing unbranded print, digital and social resources, lead development of new assets
  • Partner with the team to develop and improve multi-cultural marketing strategies to amplify impact with historically under-vaccinated communities
  • Work with the Market Research team to develop a robust marketing analytics plan to evaluate the implementation of these materials
  • Manage and plan the Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review submission process for all Prevnar 20 consumer marketing activity
  • Support 2023 Strategic and Tactical planning
  • Champion innovation, seek learnings from other brands and other industries to innovate our go-to-market approach
  • Monitor the evolving competitive marketplace related to Consumer/Patient strategies and tactics
  • Conduct all responsibilities by Company policies, with strong adherence to the company’s values including compliance


  • 2-4 years experience working as a Marketing Manager in the Pharma space.
  • Project management and analytical skills are required.
  • Experience uncovering consumer insights and translating them to action.
  • Plus if you have experience working on DTC campaigns for vaccines.
