Onward Search's client, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join their team. You will be working as part of a team of in-house professionals to create premium marketing and presentation materials for our most significant national accounts managing 3-5 projects at any given time, including the following skills and competencies. 

Skills:

  • Creates high-end real estate marketing brochures for both print and digital distributions.
  • Doing 75% design and 25% production creating custom infographics, iconography, custom mapping, site plan, e-blast, and other innovative presentation graphics.
  • Serves as project manager for all assignments, communicating directly with both external clients and in-house editors, researchers, and financial analysts to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Individual must have a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy.
  • Has the ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design ideally with an in-house marketing department or ad agency background.
  • 1-5 proven years experience in a relevant graphic design role.
  • Expert capability in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • A portfolio should showcase a primarily print-focused body of work with strong fundamental layout and vector design skills with current design trends.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Commercial real estate or brokerage industry experience a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers as well as build and maintain relationships.
  • Candidates who are easy going, warm personality, and excited to be there will be most successful in the role.
