Onward Search has an immediate need for a Marketing Project Coordinator with a leading health insurance company! The position will be leading the marketing team in administrative support such as calendaring, making team travel arrangements and team event planning, along with other competencies outlined below.


  • Assists marketing team to execute internal and external programs/projects with other groups including Creative Services, Underwriting, Sales, Operations, Legal/Compliance and IT.
  • Works with external partners such as advertising agencies, print, mail house and fulfillment vendors on scheduling and budgets
  • Develops project specific tracking information and analyzes results
  • Ensures that collateral development meets project timeline
  • Researches, resolves, and compiles information to be provided to support customer service, marketing, and sales team.
  • 1+ years of marketing and administrative/ executive support experience within a marketing team setting.


  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to have fun at work and help others do the same.
  • Initiates self-development actions.
  • Seeks and shares job-relevant learning, developmental experiences, and feedback to enhance performance.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
