Onward Search has a long-term freelance position for a Marketing Project Coordinator at a very cool healthcare company in the city. The marketing department for this company is full of energetic, passionate people, so those are top qualities they seek when adding to the team.

As a marketing project coordinator, organization and project management skills are a top priority. This role concentrates on fulfilling rewards/awards that are earned by their customers. The role also requires an attitude that is open to taking on any task to get great results - someone who jumps in and confidently gets things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management skills working cross-functionally with multiple departments to get the desired results.
  • Excellent communication skills needed both verbal and written.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with keeping the needs of customers at the forefront.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Manage awards program by communicating with vendors, internal customers, and various departments namely User Support.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Collaborate with user support to troubleshoot any issues and build plans to avoid future issues that may arise with design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Constantly work to improve the process.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Attention to detail and interested in process improvements.
  • Able to engage cross-functionally and interact with different types of people/teams (customers, engineering, data management, external partners, vendors, etc.).
  • Creative thinker for troubleshooting and resolving issues as they come up.
  • Flexible and able to respond under pressure.
  • MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Clarizen, Salesforce, Jira experience a plus.
  • BA/BS required.
  • Excellent communication is critical as is being detail oriented.
