Portland client is seeking a MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER for 10 month assignment onsite. Role will create plans, budgets and timelines for marketing collateral and direct marketing. Also responsible for managing proposal content.


  • Work with other departments such as brand management, creative services, production and operations to create campaigns and materials that strategically support the efforts of the Business Marketing Program Manager
  • Knowledge of Direct Marketing & Marketing communications for on and offline collateral
  • Able to write briefs, plans, follow budgets and create schedules/timelines to get the projects completed on time.
  • Manages communications with service area leaders and other key stakeholders to garner support for the business line goals and objectives
  • Leads and directs multi-year B2B marketing plans that address specific growth and retention challenges unique to the region (e.g. non-national) that may incorporate multiple sales marketing channels


  • 3+ years experience in marketing as a PM
  • BA required, MA preferred
  • PMP certification (Project Management Professional)
  • MPM certification (Master Project Manager)
  • Collaborative, strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Problem solver
  • Healthcare knowledge a plus
  • Experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing plans in a Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer environment desired
  • Dreamweaver, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project preferred


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
