Large national healthcare company is seeking a MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER who will be responsible for creating targeted marketing campaigns that support the company objectives and grows the business. Duties include assisting in the planning and implementation of projects that support direct marketing and brand strategies; assisting senior staff in the development of day-to-day marketing campaigns and production activities; providing budget and timeline maintenance and project managing marketing campaigns and developing internal client relationships.


  • Manage project components of on-going efforts for existing marketing team
  • Oversee and provide edits for marketing materials as needed for internal team and their external partners
  • Develop communication materials for the regional client base
  • Assist in creating briefs and working in tandem with agency of record to develop strategic work
  • Provide contributions and improvements to methods and processes for project management
  • Ensure information is being communicated effectively across all channels from vendors to agencies to internal teams in order to meet deadlines and budgets


  • BA required
  • 3-5 yrs experience with print, digital and direct marketing
  • Problem solver, independent thinker
  • Work with limited supervision


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
