National healthcare client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee development of marketing collateral from inception to completion. Role develops project work plans including schedule, cost estimates, and creative brief. Will work directly with the creative team. This role collaborates with the brand, marketing, product and creative teams and provides client support. Oversees proposal content in addition to other online and printed marketing needs.


  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Experience working with several internal clients at once providing deliverables on a regional and national scale.
  • Oversee a variety of projects from proposals to retention letters to coverage booklets and more.
  • Open, track and manage jobs via a CMS as well as with teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings, gather approvals, assist with PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide direction to vendors (print/fulfillment).
  • Oversee content to confirm meets company standards/regulations.


  • Project Management experience in a creative/corporate environment.
  • Attention to detail, organized.
  • Effective communication skills (written and oral).
  • Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • BA Preferred.
