Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for an entry level Marketing Coordinator with a leading health non-profit in San Francisco.  This onsite contract role is expected to last 3 months and can kick off as early as next week!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with ad trafficking, social media promotion, print advertising, direct mail, email promotions
  • Help keep the online store updated, update the content of online store pages, order forms and banner ads
  • Some light content writing

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Exposure to the CEO so communication and composure must be strong
  • Experience with HTML, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator
  • MS Office
  • Must have BA or BS degree
  • Proactive communicator
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Passionate about marketing
