Our client, a leading recruitment marketing agency, is looking for a Marketing Strategist to join their New York City team. While the team is currently remote, they do plan to implement a flexible on/off-site schedule when safe to do so.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns for a range of clients
  • Actively review performance data, tracking this agains client campaign objectives and goals
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve performance to deliver best possible ROI
  • Build and troubleshoot on programmatic ad campaigns, build reports and evaluate campaign performance
  • Optimize campaigns to drive continuous ROI performance, using data to inform choices
  • Provide leadership and clients with reports, synthesizing complex information into easy to understand presentations
  • Work with the Strategy and Account teams to build and implement non-programmatic strategies
  • Perform A/B ad testing to gather insights and make recommendations on campaign optimization
  • Other tasks will apply

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in media data and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • You are analytically minded and love to leverage data to unearth trends that unlock business solutions
  • Ability to evaluate data, identify trends out of data and be able to craft that information into actionable recommendations
  • Experience in the digital advertising media space including experience with PPC advertising
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics
  • You are a critical-thinker who sees business issues as an exciting opportunity to solve
  • You are a strong independent thinker and worker, but enjoy collaborating with an integrated team
