Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join the join the marketing team.

You will report to the Sr Director, Product Marketing and be responsible for:

  • Executing company’s holistic brand, business-to-business, and consumer book marketing strategy.
  • Gather required information and create and update marketing/PR one-sheets distributed to authors, reps and editors
  • Process invoices, onboard new vendors, research payments and assume other associated tasks with the invoicing system
  • Assist with the booking and executing of consumer, indie, trade, holiday, and other advertising and promotions as needed
  • Research marketing and promotion opportunities and track trends as they relate to upcoming or backlist titles, franchises, and series
  • Enter text, creative specs, deadlines and other needs into FileMaker Pro and other tracking systems as necessary
  • Enter marketing plans, metadata, and other relevant information into internal systems as needed
  • Fact-check retailer sites ensuring pub date, look inside, reviews, metadata, Amazon plus pages, videos, etc. is current and up-to-date
  • Manage and track submissions for industry awards
  • Attend internal meetings and support marketing team with daily tasks


  • 2-4 years in relevant marketing, publishing, communications, or similar field support role
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills – diplomacy and interpersonal skills are a necessity
  • Marketing/Digital/Social Media background a plus
  • Energetic, highly organized, efficient, proactive, and adaptable
  • Critical attention to detail necessary
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
