Our client, a top company in the music industry, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with 0-1+ year of experience to join their Sales + Marketing department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Use Sprout Social for monitoring social listening tools, maintaining client relationships, lead generation, creating and scheduling daily content on all corporate accounts. Must be a social media expert in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram marketing, video editing experience is a plus
  • Create content as well as repurpose existing content to include in e-mail blasts, online advertising, and sales collateral
  • Maintain and update firstcom.com website as well as peripheral sites with new graphics, copy and SEO metadata
  • Email marketing: Collaborate with colleagues on design direction and copy for ongoing outbound marketing communications using Acoustic platform (Salesforce Marketing a plus)
  • Set up and execute mass e-mailings from start to finish, analyze and disseminate send reports
  • Analyze recent licensing reports to choose marketing friendly client spots/credits based on client name or production title, to promote on social and internal email
  • Organize and own our collection of digital assets on server and cloud storage and following filing formats and naming conventions
  • Point person with UMPG finance: communicate new and/or updated policies to marketing team, complete new vendor set up, PO creation, marketing invoice scanning/coding for payment
  • Be the point of contact between department and third-party vendors
  • Regularly work with vendors on design and creation of giveaway material
  • Participate in weekly Sales Meetings, Creative Meetings and Marketing Meetings
  • Responsible for all internal marketing email communications and monitoring marketing email inboxes

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CRM (MS Dynamics, Salesforce a plus), as well as Microsoft Office applications, and project management apps (Trello, Microsoft Teams etc.)
  • Experience in maintaining corporate and/or entertainment websites using content management software (Sitecore a plus)
  • Ability to create interactive e-mail blasts
  • Light video + graphic design
  • Experience with trade show/event marketing
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software, excellent project management skills and the ability to organize data into summaries, tables and charts
  • Strong knowledge of music (moods, genres, instruments) as well as music publishing and licensing is a plus
