Metaverse / Gaming UI Artist

As a UI Artist within the AR/VR art team you will help visualize how people, environments and engagement are represented in the VR experience and beyond. You will work with a team of passionate Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to advance bringing our audience together in this new immersive means of interacting.

We are looking for a well-rounded graphic artist focused on development of UI for a range of projects. We will be asking you to work within and help push forward the visual style (hierarchy of information, tone, iconography, motion design and more). You will be working closely with cross functional teams, art leads, art directors and product designers to help the team deliver best in class VR interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Art Directors and Product Designers to deliver the look of the games front-end
• Work with a team of engineers and UI developers to ensure the final product reflects the design vision and delivers an intuitive user experience.
• Develop art assets from concepts, sketches, layout, and to the final product.
• Collaborate with UI designers on wireframes, mockups, and icons.
• Ability to pick up new tools and techniques
• Write documentation as necessary

Must Have Skills: 

• Graphic Design
• Illustration
• Iconography
• Unity
• GAme Design (mobile/AR/VR)
• 3D Applications like Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Affects, motion graphics software
• Motion graphic skills
• No degree required
• 2-5 yrs exp
• MUST HAVE STRONG PORTFOLIO
