Our client, an e-commerce company in the accessories industry and run by social responsibility, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team for a freelance to full time opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL (can be remote as well).


  • You will be responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing execution of e-commerce and digital marketing efforts in order to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue
  • Recommend strategy, guide implementation and optimize growth to achieve business and revenue goals for Email, Web, Search, Display, and Social Advertising, as well as SEO and affiliate channels ultimately developing the digital blueprint and tactical campaigns to build long lasting successful campaigns
  • Constant collaboration with the creative team in order to curate content for digital platforms
  • Manage vendors/agencies as well as affiliate initiatives
  • Comprise reports and analysis of KPI's and metrics in order to determine new technology, sales channels ,and opportunities that will yield new business opportunities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 4+ years of equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience of marketing channels including SEO/SEM, display, retargeting, Facebook / Instagram, affiliate, email, web, CRO.
  • High-energy, highly motivated, self-starter and will be attracted by the opportunity to have significant and measurable impact on an organization and be part of a team that will significantly scale a business
  • Looking for team players who are globally-minded and care about the impact of their work in other areas of the world


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
